Increases in Costs and Demand

Some of the realities of the COVID-19 Pandemic are coming into clearer focus. Many Meals on Wheels programs started the pandemic with shifting from Hot Meals to Frozen or Shelf Stable Meals. Now many of these same programs are facing increases in demand for services and increases in costs to provide meals services to clients.
