(1) Is your organization writing most of your grants to fund future projects in an attempt to move your organization forward or does your organization write most of your grants with organizational expenses in mind? (2) Fact: The designation of grants and donations are sometimes intermingled and often confused by Meals on Wheels organizations nationwide. Internally and/or externally …is your organization confusing and intermingling these terms?
Note: If you are writing most of your grants to fund organizational expenses and/or confusing grants with donations or vice-versa you can stop here because your organizational grant profile is most likely in need of improvement.
